By itself, the bureaucrat right cannot do much, so users with bureaucrat rights usually give themselves administrator rights. The things that users on this wiki in the bureaucrat position can do that users with the admin position cannot do is add/remove Content Mod and Admin rights, and to add, but not remove, the bureaucrat right.

B-crats are basically an add-on to the admins lol. A b-crat by itself doesn't actually have the power of banhammer.

Bureaucrats can remove their own bureaucrat rights but, not others.

Admins can remove their own admin rights too btw.

Hmm, it's ok but, I would make one suggestion:

Make the whole shuriken gold instead of just the edges so it looks more like a normal gold weapon. (Like Katana or Hand Axe)
